By-laws state that in order for official business to take place a quorum must be present at any BOD meeting. Due to the country’s election night and other BOD work/travel schedules there will not be enough BODs present for a quorum this evening so this meeting has been rescheduled (11/8/16).

This is a monthly standing, in-person, meeting of the Board of Directors for Pride Houston® to discuss high-level topics that affect the organization. This meeting will follow Robert’s Rules of Order and minutes will be taken by the Secretary.
