Volunteers play an important role in achieving our goals each year. We need passionate and dedicated volunteers to help bring the Pride 365 vision to life! Our committees help plan, coordinate and bring forth the great events and initiatives that help us to serve and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community year-round.

At the Open House, you’ll be introduced to each of our Production Committees, their goals, the people who run them, and volunteer opportunities to serve with them. You will also have the unique opportunity to join breakout rooms during the Open House to chat directly with the Pride department you’re interested in.

We have several great Departments: Communications (e.g. PR & Programming), Marketing (e.g. Social Media & Branding), Special Events (e.g. Eden & BaeWatch x Salvation), Celebration (e.g. Parade & Festival), Outreach (e.g. Community Engagement & Volunteers), Philanthropy (Sponsorships & Fundraising), Operations (e.g. Logistics & Safety).
