Byron Canady’s background is a perfect balance of artistic and academic worlds. Byron holds a Master of Science degree in Business and is a member of the American Marketing Association. With his 20-year entertainment industry background, he founded Colorbox Multimedia – a film, video and digital content production house based in Houston, Texas. Colorbox produces and markets visual content for promotions and marketing campaign materials serving a wide range of clients such as Christopher Charles Interior Designs and Adidas Brand Originals. This Fall marks his third year in the MMBA department as a Marketing adjunct professor teaching Principles of Marketing and Marketing Skills Development in the University of Houston-Downton’s Davies College of Business. True to his talent for balance, Byron devotes time away from work with family, watching movies and indulging in his love of comic books.
